Im looking at purchasing a 34HM21 corn snapper. Could someone tell me any info on this picker. I looking at using it on about 20 acres a year on a M or 400 farmall. I have not been able to find any info on the net so far.Thanks in advance...

I did notice that the picker had a hard time keeping up with the high population corn, but I feathered the hand clutch on my WD and it went great once I found a good speed. I have acquired a NI Uni with a 727 husking bed and it stands pretty tall with elevator attached. In order to truck this, I would like to take the elevator off or let it down considerably. What are some tricks in doing this successfully that others have used? Thanks

About ten years ago an old friend gave me a very basic corn picker. This year I finally got time to put it into working condition. As you can see it is very basic just one long husking roller and fan into an auger to the elevator. Leaves a lot of husks but, it sure is better than hand picking the three acres...
