I found a John deere 428 portable elevator. I dont know anything about the 428. A friend's mother in law has it. I trust my friend, but him and I dont know much about them. I have pictures of it. It has a drag, the elevator is mostly galvanized with some green. Are all the 428's this color or are some all green? It looks long but i dont know the length. Thanks for any info.
Late model elevator, jdtom confirmed my suspicion that they were made by Little Giant for Deere. I've seen a few, all were galvanized with green panels. Nice elevators, I've got a Little Giant that gives good service. There's nothing overly complicated on them, so fabricating a repair if ever needed is easy.
