Allis 33 Picker

Having trouble getting my 33 picker to take corn even riding hand clutch and creaping. Picker is not worn out . Deck plates are centered over snapping rolls. Tried multiple PTO speeds . Ran picker picked all the way up and all the way down ... no change . The snapping rolls just won't pull the stalks through ! Any ideas?

I can remember building up the lugs on the snapping rolls with beads of stellite to make them more aggressive, and I remember seeing advertised metal strips with bumps on them that were welded onto the spirals.

Your rolls are worn too much!---they must be built up or it will never work. The 33 rolls never were too good when new! thanks; picker dude
