I'll be there Friday and possibly Sunday. I won't be bringing anything this year (I will next year!) but I will be more than happy to help.

That will be great just to have the help on running something or just hooking and unhooking wagons ,to running a sheller or hauling in!

Kevin, have you been getting rain? and how is your harvest coming along?

I have picked 80 bushels with my picker and cut 250 bushels of soybeans and that's it.  Rain and cloudy weather is all we get now that the beans are ready to be cut and corn almost dry.  Almost 9 inches this month and still raining now.  I hate to say this but I might have to stay home and harvest now that it getting late.

Hi Ron , yes we have been getting some rain ,but not in large amounts. I am combining daily and we just keep moving forward a little at a time. I did pick two loads of ear corn on Tuesday for pictures and a interview with some area news papers! The corn for the show is around 30% so it needs to dry some more but we will do it any way! I sure wish you could make it but I do understand . So if you can not make hope your harvest goes well!

I just thought I had to get the combine out and try to shell some corn and all most got stuck with four wheel drive.  Calling for more rain Tues and maybe into Wed for this comming week.

How thing looking at Walnut for the picker day? and what the weather forcast?  I might have to come out your way just to find dry ground to run on.

Thanks, I'm really looking forward to it.
I'm trying to talk my Dad into coming too. I'm sure he'd have a good time. (Not to mention we'd be driving in his Lincoln which is way more comfortable than my little Saturn!)
