I will be picking with a 237 and 50 sheller this fall for fun. I wonder what seed and population to plant for best results. Any ideas it is time order seed. Probably will plant with a 7000 planter.

Any of you guys save your own seed? I saved several bu last year. Open polinated a couple varieties and some Indian corn. There is a show tomorrow at the indoor arena at MCcook and we are going to shell, clean, and grade some seed with old hand crank equipment.
