Snow fence crib
(Preview)
After my corn crib was full I had two wagons of corn left. I put up the snow fence cribs on a hay wagon so I can move them plus they get air from the bottom. My question is, should I cover them or leave them alone. Last year I covered them and some water leaked thru the tarp and the corn molded where it got wet....

As to width
(Preview)
Id say that would depend on where you live. I think I could get by with a much wider crib here in NE Okla, than I could when I lived in NE Kans. I think dads was around 10ft wide, and around 24ft long. Maybe 10ft outer wall. I kinda think he said it could hold 750bu.

I was thinking about one about6 foot wide, but i would like to start picking when the moister is around 20% or a little less. Do you think that it would be ok?

Progress / Promway / Farmway Wagons
(Preview)
I live in Arthur, IL, the home of Progress Industries. Back in the 40's / 50's, they made barge and flare bed wagons. I am looking to find one to restore. They sold them under the Promway of Farmway names. They also manufactured the Promway Corn Dump as well. Any help would be appreciated.
