I was wondering if anyone needed new rubber flight for the elevator chain. On my NI 300 it was missing a few and they are all wore out. I took a utility knife and cut the sidewall out of a tire and used it to make some new ones. Now it can haul 3 ears up. The old ones would haul up one ear. I just took a grinder to the rivets and bolted the new rubber on with 1/4" bolts.
