Putting a floor in a wire crib.

Need to know demenchens of a drag conveyor so I can build my floor accordingly. I don't know if the drags are all the same or not. Just getting in to picking. I bought a 323 N.I. . Wanted some ear corn to feed calves. Can anyone tell me the year of this 323. Serial #297798. It has a hydraulic cylinder insted of a hand lever and sector.Just be nice to know.smile.gif

I can't remember for sure, but I think the crib drag tunnels on most of our cribs were about 16" to 18" wide and about that tall. I have had both MM and JD sheller drags and they are both similar in dimensions. I think you could get by with a 12" to 14" deep tunnel - as I recall the 16" - 18" deep ones had plenty of room.
