trouble with turning radius farmall m with new idea 319

Trying to get some information on the turning radius of a farmall m. I can omly get about a quarter turn on the wheel before the front tires hit the picker. Thats with the picker fully rasied. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks

Sounds like it isn't raising all the way. It should clear the tires when fully lifted. Do the cylinders settle? You could have a seal leaking letting hydraulic oil pass by and dead heading not letting them raise fully. Just a thought.

Thanks for the reply that was originally part of the problem. Tractor was low on fluid. I talked to a guy here in the county today who has yhe same picker on the same model tractor. He says the brackets that connect the under carridge to the bell housing may need adjusted. I didnt really think of that due to this picker came off the same model tractor but I geuss it is possible it fits differently on ours.

I know its probably not an easy thing to find, but putting a single wheel on the front of any tractor makes life easier with a mounted picker.
