What is the weight of a 227? Found one and want to know what it weighs so I can have an idea what to try to out bid the scrappers.

A 227 brochure of mine  lists shipping weight 2970 pounds. Approx. I hope that this helps. I hope you get it and not the scrapper. And if it has the #50 sheller attachment the weight of the sheller is 1148 pounds complete with 74 pound mounting frame.

Didn't have to worry about the scrappers, started @ $400 and sold for $1700.
